How to improve the intensity of spinning products

①The reason of lower intensity thin-walled spinning part 

1) Thin-walled thickness: The wall thickness is less than 0.6 mm stainless steel, iron is less than 0.8 mm,aluminum is less than 1 mm, intensity is very  low.This kind of products are mainly applied in household adornment, these products are used without big force.


2) Large diameter: Under the condition of the same wall thickness, the larger the diameter, the lower the strength.


3) The mouth of products without flange or edge: Edge and flanging can strengthen the intensity of mouth and reduce the ovality of the mouth.


4) The bottom of the product diameter is too big: The bottom of the product surface is uneven after forming .


② how to improve the strength of the thin-wall spinning parts.
As mentioned in the above factors related to the intensity of spinning parts, such as the lampshade of 0.8 mm aluminum spinning , the actual wall thickness is about 0.45 mm,
the strength of the mouth is lower, the mouth will produce certain ovality  by hand pressing, it can improve intensity by designing  edge or folding in the mouth of parts , can make the product's mouth strength to ascend, the appearance will be more beautiful;Stainless steel products are generally flange surface design.


If the product has larger diameter at the bottom and the thickness is less than 0.6mm, the strength is not enough, it can be designed hem at the bottom  to enhance strength.


Many aluminum spinning part use crimping to strengthen the edge ,it not only looks beautifully ,but also don't blow hand .
