Three-way catalysts

Application : automobile  part 

Material : 409 tube /steel tube 

Product introduction : gas purification device which is installed in the automobile ,it can transform the harmful gas into water and carbon .

Spinning advantages : traditional process make the three -way catalyst with welding ,the intensity is not good as CNC spinning ,spinning can process thicker material .now most of three - way catalyst is made by stainless steel 409，the corrosion  resistance is better than steel .

the difficulty of CNC spinning 

Three way catalyst is made by 2.5mm stainless steel ,it need great spinning force ,so it  is difficult to clamp tight ,we must design a good hydraulic clamp to prevent the tube sliding in the process .

which clamp we choose 

Clamp includes hydraulic and pneumatic to control ,even though the pneumatic clamp can work fast ,but the clamping force is not stable ,we choose the hydraulic clamp to spin.
